1. Who is EEI anyhow?

2. What’s an “alternative” or “non-traditional” job search?
Well, let’s come at it this way. A “traditional” job search is
the one we’re all familiar with. You write a resume showing your work
history. Then you deliver it, mail it, post it online or fax it to
agencies, recruiters, and organizations you’d like to work for. You
answer some ads. You wait for a response. If you don’t get any
meaningful responses you repeat the process again . . . and again . . .
and again.
In an alternative or non-traditional approach you begin by
targeting specific decision makers in organizations that interest you.
Then, using our proprietary techniques, you establish and build rapport

3. How does EEI’s approach differ from other job search service providers?

Your resume will not get you a job. . . a decision maker will.
That means your resume serves only as a “calling card” or written
summary of your accomplishments to leave behind when you’ve met
face-to-face with a decision maker. The focus of your attention has to
be on the needs and expectations of decision makers.

Yes. However, following the principles we mentioned above, our

7. Do you guarantee that your system will work for me?
